Power Porridge Recipe

Porridge doesnt have to be boring, add a few lush ingredients and a little bit of Ayurvedic tweaking and it gets super nice super fast
Take half cup of Flanhavans Jumbo Outs
Half cup semi smimmed milk
Half cup water
1 small apple diced
Half teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 dessert spoon foo of raisins or more to taste
Warm very gently and slowly until all liquids are absorbed and the apple has started to soften
Serve in a bowl
Immediately sprinkle cacao nibs onto the hot porridge
Add a handful or fresh or frozen berries, your choice of strawberries, raspberries, blueberries
A squirt of agave nectar
Top off with Rachels Organic Yoghurt , my favourites are coconut or ginger
In Ayurveda I am Pitta Kapha and this recipe is largely Kapha balancing. It really is delicious.
