I have a very broad interest in all things related to health. From practicing and teaching yoga to Ayurveda, Strength training, fasting and God knows what else. If there is a health hack im generally open to learning about it and often turn myself into a human guinea pig out of shear curiosity :-)

100 Days to Healthy is a simple idea.

The clue is hidden in the five words...one ...hundred...days...to... healthy. Can you guess?
Like many good ideas its simple on first sight but dense with meaning. We can unpack its treasure with a premise and a few questions.
I personally believe many of us, possibly all of us have an inner healing wisdom that can guide us down our very personal road to Wellville.
Its also interesting to ask the question "What would happen to us if we organised our priorities in such a way as we just did the good things we believe we need to do to support our well being, and suspended or stopped doing the bad things that undermine our well being for long enough (100 days ) to observe the effect.

This site is about not only my personal journey with this idea but its aim is to share the tools I use on the road to wellville.
